Returns Policy

If there are any issues with a product you have purchased please email sales@shelduckclothing.com detailing the reasons. 

The email must include: your full name, address and order number.

If you are not completely happy with the items that you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund – providing they are in a resalable condition.

We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been: worn, washed, or are not in their original condition.

Please ensure that your return is well packaged and meets all of the the conditions outlined in our returns policy.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and packaging.

All Items must be in the original, resalable condition.

Please ensure that a completed returns form is enclosed with your items; a missing returns form may result in a delay in your return being processed.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged during the return transit.

Shelduck cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

A refund will be issued back via the original method of payment for the merchandise returned.

We require up to 10 business days of receiving the merchandise to process your refund. You will receive notification from us once we have actioned a refund.

Shelduck does not take responsibility for any return custom charges made.
